HALLIBURTON FLOWMETERS

• Just a quick note to let you know that we have a good size sales volume for Halliburton Flowmeters.
  
  We have been selling them for years, and offer 24 hour response to quotations.
  
  We are COMPETITIVE IN PRICE.
  
  We are not interested in PUBLIC TENDERS or LARGE tender requirements.  We are best at small volume tenders where you have a close established relationship with the end customer.
  
  If you have a need for Halliburton Meters (now part of NuFlo), please give us the opportunity to help you obtain an order.

EMPHASIS ON VALVES

• Because of the many requests Tryon Trading is receiving, we are expanding our source base so we may offer a broader range of valves.
  
  For many years now, we have been quoting and obtaining orders for manufacturers like Ruggles- Klingemann, Durco, General Valve, and Worcester.  We have just become associated with a USA REP that offers Masoneilan Valves – (see special Bulletin Board notice).
  
  Over the years, we have quoted many valve manufacturers, but because of our emphasis on Flow Measurement, we did not work to establish close working and quoting relationships.
  
  This Bulletin Board Notice is placed to indicate that we are now going to place high emphasis on being able to respond to quotation requests for more manufacturers than we have been handling.
  
  Please note we are not trying to place you in a competitive position for a specific manufacturer in your country.  We are NOT interested in large public tenders.  We are interested in supporting your needs for small projects that require Valves.
  
  Please keep us in mind when you have a tender requiring VALVES.

MASONEILAN VALVES

• Over the last several months we have developed an excellent price competitive working relationship with a USA REP for Masoneilan VALVES.
  
  Masoneilan offers the following products: Linear, Rotary, and Severe Service control valves, digital control valve controllers, pressure Regulators and level instrumentation.

EMPHASIS ON MOTORS

• Tryon Trading has always had a broad range of product involvement with both Westinghouse and General Electric.  Prior to the fall of many economies in Asia, in 1996, we also had a good amount of trading in motors.  At that time it was primarily Westinghouse, GE and Reliance Electric.  After 1996 activity fell off, we concentrated on our Flow Measurement product manufacturers.
  
  In 2006, at the request of a number of our REPS, we have again become active in the motor area.  We re- established and strengthened our relationships with GE, Westinghouse and Reliance Electric.  In addition, we have recently established a good relationship with a source for Baldor motors.
  
  We also have quoted and are working on establishing good working relationships with a number of other motor manufacturers as well as manufacturers of brakes and clutches.  Recent quotations have involved manufacturers such as: Dynamatic, Dynacorp, Morse, Warner, Force Control Industries, Taylor Winfield, Marathon, Danfoss, Schorch, Momahawk Doenhole and Helco.
  
  If your firm is involved with motors, we would welcome the opportunity to quote the manufacturers we are working with, or, seek quotations and try to develop good sources for other manufacturers you require.

NEW SOURCE-BALDOR MOTORS

• While quoting some recent tenders, we developed a new working relationship for BALDOR MOTORS.  They are a factory authorized rep.  The owner worked for BALDOR for some 20 years before opening up his own REP FIRM.  This firm has been in business for over 15 years selling this line.  And, they offer a good technical background as well as an interest in working to make us competitive in price.
  
  We already have an established business in GE, Westinghouse, and Reliance motors.  The addition of a good BALDOR source will enable us to serve an even wider motor market.
